MUSHROOM GROWING CLASSES
We are excited to be offering mushroom growing classes again this year!
Join us to learn about mushroom cultivation, with a focus on home growing methods. All classes will cover Mushroom Cultivation 101, a farm tour, hands-on instruction and materials provided. All students will take home the mushroom growing material they inoculated to watch it grow at home.
GROW MUSHROOMS IN BUCKETS
This method is a great way to use easy to find recycled material and grow mushrooms in small spaces both indoors and outdoors. All students will inoculate a bucket and bring it home to grow.

Saturday: September 9, 2023 2pm - 4pm
GROW MUSHROOMS ON LOGS
This is one of the oldest methods of cultivating mushrooms, together we will inoculate logs with shiitake and all students will bring home their inoculated log to watch it grow for years to come.

Saturday: October 14, 2023 2pm - 4pm
Details:
This workshop is designed for adults. However, we encourage people of all ages to participate. Children who are interested are welcome to accompany an adult at no cost.
The classes will take place in New Paltz, NY. They will be held rain or shine, please dress accordingly. Water will be provided, but bring any additional food or drink that you may require. Address will be provided upon registration.
Cost:
$75 per individual workshop.
Classes are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend any of the classes, you may give your space to a friend or family member. Please notify us ahead of time in this case. If cost is prohibitive, please contact us.
