Sugarshack Mushrooms is a year-round, family-run organic mushroom farm in New Paltz, NY. We are devoted to growing nutrient-dense gourmet and medicinal specialty mushrooms. We grow sustainably in the forest, and in our historic barn and passive solar greenhouse. Since 2018, we have been supplying the Hudson Valley with a wide variety of quality mushrooms.

You can find our fresh mushrooms through our seasonal CSA, our farm stand, farmer’s markets and local wholesalers year-round (contact us for wholesale info). We also focus on producing high quality mushroom tincture, grow-your-own mushrooms kits, spawn for home mushroom growers, and seasonal mushroom growing workshops.
