Sugarshack Mushrooms is a year-round mushroom farm in the New Paltz, NY. of the Hudson Valley. Specializing in growing gourmet and medicinal specialty mushrooms in the forest and  in our historic barn and passive solar greenhouse.

We also focus on producing high quality mushroom spawn for home-garden scale mushroom growing, grow-your-own mushrooms kits and seasonal mushroom growing workshops.

Sugarshack mushrooms  is an uninvited guest on the stolen indigenous lands of the Esopus [es-SOAP-es] tribe which is part of the Munsee speaking Lenni-Lenape people. Their lands include what we now refer to as Ulster and Sullivan counties.
